Self starter who, through scouting, develops and implements strategic and tactical marketing plans for introduction of consulting business, particularly geomechanics and real-time pore pressure, into new geographic areas (throughout China) and/or introduction of new business into already established areas and clients.
Team player who facilitates the formation of alliances or joint ventures, including effective communication between all stakeholders(customers/company).
Assures strategies and tactics are consistent with overall objectives for the organization.
Prioritizes product opportunities to maximize sales and profits based on scouting, including proposal generation and ensure on-time delivery.
Monitors and evaluates programs and expenditures, including accounts receivable.
Handles special projects, as assigned.
Develops internal customers/stakeholders related to products/applications and services.
Attending industry conferences and events.
Skills/Knowledge:
Basic understanding of sub-surface science and engineering.
Comprehensive understanding of customer requirements(including project scope) and market conditions.
Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment.
Comprehensive understanding and presentations of company products/applications and services of primary focus.
Good business acumen.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English and Mandarin) and great listening skills.
Ability to develop internal customer focus for specific products/applications and services with stakeholders.
Commitment, enthusiasm and pro-active drive.
Education/Experience/Training:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. 8+ years experience in related field.
Background in geomechanics is preferable.
