- Responsible Payroll, TAX, and SAFE related activities for all entities in China
- Ensure tax related transaction is performed in compliance with Tax regulation with proper documentation
- Ensure Payroll, Fringe, IIT related transactions performed accurately, timely and documented properly
- Ensure foreign exchange payment and collection is properly cleared in SAFE
- Cooperate with logistic and other operation team to ensure import and export transaction is performed efficiently and in compliance with regulation
- Cooperate with outside consultant company on Expat IIT
- Supervise team to delivery high quality result and improve team members’ competency in related area
- Other Jobs Assigned
Education/Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Tax, Accounting or related field, CPA preferred.
- Tax, payroll and import and export related experience is preferred
- 10+ year experience in finance and accounting
Skills Requirement
- Solid knowledge on tax, import and export regulation and local practice
- Strong analytical ability to manage data
- Strong communication skill and management skill
- Self motivated and teamwork
- Able to work and adapt to a fast paced and multicultural environment
- Able to travel if needed.
