职位描述：: Job Scale
Produce Well Plans for Directional Drilling. Interface with Directional Personnel and Customers. Compile and Maintain Information for Proposals and End of Well Reports for Customers.

Responsibilities

1. Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.

2. Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

3. 1 Demonstrate a personal commitment to Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment.

Attending mandatory monthly safety meetings and maintaining Company property and equipment in safe operating conditions at all times.
3.2. Apply Weatherford, and where appropriate Client Company’s, Quality, Health, Safety &; Environment Policy and Safety Management Systems.

3.3. Conform and understand general QHSE requirements

4. Collect customer information to form well plans that can be used to complete well proposal.

5. Plot and prepare drilling proposal to deliver to customers and to rig locations.

6. Receive surveys from directional drillers in the field and enter them into the computer along with well information to produce daily reports and compile end of well recaps to present to customers.

7. Maintain office and field computers.

8. Attend pre-planning meetings with customers.

9. Assist in interfacing with customers.

10. Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.

11. Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.

12. Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Engineering, or related field.
Minimum three years in the Oil field industry.
Three to five years experience in Well Planning.
Proficient verbal and written skills.
Well developed communication skills across product lines and at management level.
Ability to work closely with customers and fellow employees.
Multi-tasking ability.
Willingness to learn knowledge of Directional Drilling practices
Experience needed as a manager/supervisor in Oil &; Gas related Industry
Experience gained as a well planner of a Directional Drilling &; RSS Product Line preferred
