职位描述：: JOB SCOPE The incumbent reports to well Engineering manager directly, and responsible for entire completion and well intervention engineering work assigned to department. The incumbent will lead the well completion team and provide the engineering solution to meet internal and external requirement. The incumbent is also responsible for allocating completion, well intervention for planning/designing dedicated wells and project, preparing procedures, completing “post well reports“. During the achievement the incumbent has constant relations with client engineering personnel, include but not limit to G&;G, Petrophysicist, Well Operational Group, relative WFT product lines, service companies and as well as other concerned parties.

Job Responsibilities

Well Completion and intervention Engineering a) Optimize the Completion engineering resource to perform engineering study assigned to function group; propose and provide engineering solution to meet internal and external requirement; b) Study the offset well information; discuss completion procedure in planning phase with geologist, client engineering group, relative WFT divisions, service companies and other concerned parties. Propose practicable Completion program in the most cost effective manner; c) Propose AFE report for dedicated project ahead of operation. Monitor well cost while operating, and be able to explain AFE against actual cost; d) Assist operation group to manage the internal and external equipment/service engineer and logistical to ensure no rig downtime waiting on equipment or service engineer; e) Evaluate new equipment, technology, recommend to Well Engineering management for application; f) Plan for long delivery equipment/material/services; Liaison associated Group for sub contract services tender/evaluation/recommendation from technical point of view; g) Maintain effective communication with drilling supervisor, client engineering group; h) Responsible for dedicated well files, AFE close out, post well reports; i) Study the offset field information, prepare optimized project feasibility for new venture; j) On job training for new hired Completion engineering staff; k) Provide engineering and technical advises to the Well Engineer Manager in order to enhance and improve operation efficiency, safety performance. l) Other duties may be assigned by upper management from time to time;

Requirements

Good understanding of Equipment/material Completion fluid engineering; Directional, horizontal and multilateral well Completion (planning, designing, and coiled tubing application); Familiar with latest technology of Drilling, Completion, Work over, and Well service Good Understanding of Artificial, Perforation Self started, innovative, pro-active and work independently; Ability to work with numerous personnel from diverse background; Willingness to travel Willingness working under pressure
