职位描述

 PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To look for cost effective solutions to optimize process facility to meet the requirement of production treatment and environment protection.

To maximise the value of the company’s oil and gas assets, currently the Zhao Dong, Bohai Bay project, through the application of process engineering best-practices, analysis and reservoir engineering understanding as part of a multidisciplinary, goal-oriented team


 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES 

• Supervise facility engineers and construction engineers to ensure that all work is done safely, on budget, and with minimal disruption to production.
• Assist Manager to prepare and maintain budge for facility engineering work.
• Consult and plan work with offshore operators.
• Ensure that all work is in full compliance with safety requirements including API standards and government regulations.
• Work with principal technical groups for assistance as required.
• Understand and visit existing ZD and C4 facilities.
• Provide support to manager to assist finance dept. for any insurance issues
• Conduct safety reviews including PHA’s and Hazops as required.
• Help plan training of engineering staff to improve their skills

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

a) Formal Education/Training 

Engineering degree
Offshore survival training desirable

• Understand and visit existing ZD and C4 facilities.
• Manage project as requested in engineering work orders or as directed by the facility engineering supervisor with minimal supervisor.
• Consult and plan work with offshore operators.
• Ensure that all work is in full compliance with safety requirements including API standards and government regulations.
• Maintain cost control for projects.
• Inspect fabricated work and ensure that contractors perform quality work.
• Order material to meet quality and cost criteria.
• Conduct safety reviews including PHA’s and hazops as required.
• Ensure the highest standards of HSE are maintained in all aspects of operations.
• Provide support on a daily basis with regards to ongoing operations and projects. 
• Assist in the management of engineering and service providers.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Greater than 10 years relevant industrial experience
• Ability to communicate in English

职位描述

 PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To provide support to onshore engineers to coordinate the offshore installation of projects through:
• Ensuring that offshore installation of all projects are adequately planned, suitably resourced, and integrated with the platform’s activities based on the designs
• Supervise contractors day to day offshore activities in safety behaviors 

 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES 

Work with onshore engineers and OIM/production supervisors to supervise contactors to carry out offshore installation of projects according to the plan
• Ensure construction work and activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner
• Ensure all completed construction work scopes meet required construction standards
• Manage contractors’ HSE onshore/offshore in compliance with ROC HSE standards and policy
• Review JSA for each job
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly report of offshore activities of projects
• Help onshore engineers to order materials if needed

• Over 10 years experience of supervising oilfield construction projects
